On this page you will find parent/guardian, student and staff surveys for each of the six individual schools. If you wish to participate, please select the survey that corresponds to your current role as either a parent/guardian, student or staff member. If you are a parent/guardian of children at multiple schools, you can fill out multiple surveys. Each survey will request a code. You will find that code after the hyphen on each survey links.
